Dan Altstatt is the principal of Redbrick Commercial, a commercial real estate firm dedicated to securing innovative and sustainable spaces for Tenants, Buyers and Investors in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area.
​
Dan has represented an array of corporations and small businesses through office headquarters relocation projects, office site leases, lease renewals, commercial building sales and investments. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) a member of the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Association (MNCAR) and has studied the practices of the U.S. Green Building Council and LEED designs.

Dan launched Redbrick Commercial in 2020 after learning the skills of tenant representation and commercial project leasing at Griffin Companies and later at Colliers Minneapolis - St. Paul. Dan has volunteered in the AmeriCorps, served on the Arden Hills Economic Development Commission, and prior to his career in commercial real estate, worked in the recruiting and Human Resources field.
